EXPEDITED SHIPPING: To maximize your savings, all orders are shipped using Canada Post expedited service. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order plus 7-14 business days for delivery.
All online transactions from this site are in Canadian dollars. All orders are processed through our offices in Windsor, Ontario. For customer service in Canada, please call 1-800-650-0557 or (519) 956-9565, weekdays, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ET.
OUTSIDE CANADA: Our Daily Bread Ministries Canada does not ship to destinations outside of Canada. If you are interested in Our Daily Bread resources, please contact the national office where you live (or the nearest regional office). For resources in French that will be distributed outside Canada, please contact us directly via email to make arrangements.
PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Barring complications or holidays, most orders are shipped within three business days. Complications may include an unverified address or an unauthorized credit card. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted promptly, so please be sure to provide your daytime phone number.
BACKORDERS: No one likes backorders and we do not feel that you should have to pay additional shipping costs if we don’t have your item on the shelves. In the event that we are out of stock on a particular item or items, they will be shipped as soon as they become available with no any additional shipping costs.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING & PROCESSING FEES: You want your package to arrive safely and to receive the merchandise you’ve paid for in top condition. Rest assured that every item in your order will be professionally handled and packaged with the utmost care. Shipping & Processing includes actual postage, applicable tax, distribution fees, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance when warranted.
REFUNDS & RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, simply call 1-800-650-0557 or (519) 956-9565 and let us know. We’ll refund the value of each item and any taxes you were charged. Simply pass the refunded items along to someone who may be blessed by them. You won’t find a better, simpler, faster guarantee in the Christian publishing marketplace!
