OSWALD CHAMBERS (1874-1917) es más conocido por el clásico devocional En pos de lo supremo, que se ha impreso de forma continua en Estados Unidos desde 1935. Aunque Chambers no fue famoso en vida, más de 30 libros llevan su nombre hoy gracias a su amada esposa, Biddy.

What is love? Sometimes we try to associate the term within the context of our relationships.  But love is not a human concept.  It is the identity of God.  That can seem like a contradiction at times.  But through His sovereignty, God reveals that every circumstance we experience is an extension of His care.  Be encouraged to see your heavenly Father in a new way as you enjoy the wisdom of the late Oswald Chambers.

Oswald Chambers was born in Scotland and spent much of his boyhood there.  His ministry of teaching and preaching took him for a time to the United States and Japan.  The last six years of his life were spent as principal of the Bible Training College in London and as a chaplain to British Commonwealth troops in Egypt during World War 1. After his death, the books which bear his name were compiled by his wife from her own verbatim shorthand notes of his talks.
